RANCANG BANGUN POTENTIOSTAT EKONOMIS BERBASIS MIKROKONTROLER UNTUK APLIKASI SENSOR ELEKTROKIKIA

Abstract


Potentiostat merupakan perangkat elektronik yang digunakan untuk mengukur konsentrasi suatu zat hasil reaksi reduksi – oksidasi. Dalam penelitian ini telah dilakukan rancang bangun prototip potentiostat berbasis mikrokontroler ekonomis. Pada waktu yang bersamaan telah dikembangkan pula sensor elektrokimia untuk pengukuran konsentrasi kolesterol standar. Hasil eksperimen menunjukan bahwa potentiostat mampu menghasikan kurva cyclic voltametry dan kurva kalibrasi. Untuk mengetahui kehandalannya, potentiostat yang telah dikembangkan dibandingkan dengan potentiostat komersial. Hasil perbandingan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pengukuran dengan potentiostat hasil pengembangan mendekati hasil pengukuran dengan potentiostat komersial.
