Dalam proses perancangan ulang dan pembuatan mesin pengiris singkong tipe VDI 2221 ini yang perlu diperhatikan adalah proses putaran mesin terhadap proses penyayatan berlangsung, dan memaparkan proses pembuatan, waktu kerja pembuatan dan hasil dari pengujian. Maka pada akhirnya tidak akan banyak berguna maka sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, pengujian akan dilakukan dengan memakai komoditas singkong yang memiliki kelompok tanaman “root tuber” yang merupakan salah satu bahan baku percobaan untuk menghasilkan produk olahan dengan prospek yang lebih baik.
