ANALISIS KETAHANAN SAMBUNGAN KELING PADA ALUMUNIUM 2024 DENGAN KEKUATAN TARIK DAN STRUKTUR MIKRO

Pengelingan adalah proses penyambungan antara 2 plat dan 3 plat dengan menggunakan plat almunium 2024. Dalam penelitian ini hasil pengujian tarik paku keling 4 lebih tinggi daripada paku keling 2 dengan selisih setengah tarik maksimum sebesar 25,22 N/mm2. Kekuatan tarik pengelingan 4 sebesar 428,94 N/mm2dan pengelingan 2 yang sebesar 403,53 N/mm2. Setelah mendapat hasil kekuatan tarik dan struktur mikro pada pengelingan 2 dan 4 pada plat almunium 2024, hasilnya pengelingan 4 lebih kuat kekuatan tariknya dan lebih keras struktur mikronya hasil pengelingan 2.Downloads
