INOVASI LAYANAN SKRINING PENYAKIT TIDAK MENULAR PENYEBAB KEMATIAN (SI-IMUT)

Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) menyumbang 74% penyebab kematian di dunia, 66 % kematian di Indonesia. Kematian akibat PTM dapat dicegah dengan skrining kesehatan. Skrining kesehatan harus mudah diakses oleh warga Jakarta yang sibuk, dengan waktu yang dapat menyesuaikan, sehingga dibutuhkan kemudahan dengan program atau aplikasi kesehatan. Aplikasi SI-IMUT (Skrining Integrasi Masyarakat Taman Sari) diciptakan untuk melakukan terobosan pelaksanaan skrining kesehatan yang terintegrasi dan mudah diakses oleh warga DKI Jakarta untuk mengatasi kelemahan proses skrining yang kurang praktis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana inovasi layanan aplikasi SI-IMUT di Puskesmas Kecamatan Taman Sari. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori atribut keberhasilan inovasi oleh Bugge at al. (2018), dengan enam indikator meliputi tata kelola inovasi, sumber ide-ide untuk inovasi, budaya inovasi, kemampuan dan alat-alat, tujuan, hasil, dorongan dan hambatan, mengumpulkan data inovasi untuk inovasi tunggal menggunakan teknik purposive. Metode penelitian Menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah aplikasi SI-IMUT terbukti berhasil menurunkan angka kematian dini akibat PTM di Kecamatan Taman Sari.References
