Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tantangan dan peluang kepemimpinan lintas budaya dalam era revolusi industri 4.0. dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kepustakaan atau kajian literatur yang mengkaji secara kritis tentang kepemimpinan lintas budaya. Hasil dari artikel ini menunjukkan terdapat beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pemimpin lintas budaya dalam era revolusi industri 4.0 yang mengakibatkan terjadinya perubahan tatanan dari setiap aspek kehidupan baik ekonomi, politik, sosial, dan budaya, dan lain-lain. Sedangkan peluang pemimpin lintas budaya dalam menghadapi Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 mampu menciptakan lingkungan yang inklusif dan berorientasi pada masa depan di tempat kerja, yang mendukung pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan jangka panjang.References
