Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelaborasi sejauh mana penerapan open parliament di DPR dapat mewujudkan parlemen yang modern. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dimana data yang didapat melalui kajian kepustakaan dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan konsep open parliament di DPR-RI secara umum sangat sejalan dengan upaya DPR dalam mewujudkan parlemen yang modern. Hal ini dapat ditunjukkan melalui berbagai macam produk kebijakan yang telah dihasilkan oleh DPR melalui tim sekretariat OPI yang berhasil memenuhi berbagai prinsip dan karakteristik utama dari parlemen modern.References
