MENGANALISIS DEFECT SANDING MARK UNIT PICK UP TMC DENGAN METODE SEVEN TOOLS PT. ADM

PT. ADM department Painting 2 merupakan perusahaan produsen mobil yang bergerak di bidang pengecatan body mobil, yang di dalam prosesnya masih banyak memiki kendala-kendala yang harus ditangani dalam pengendalian kualitas. Dalam hal ini defect Sanding mark unit Pick Up TMC menjadi prioritas untuk ditangani dengan DPU sebesar 0,95, sedangakan zero defect menjadi standart dalam department Painting 2.Metode yang digunakan untuk menyeselaikan masalah tersebut menggunakan metode Seven tools yaitu Check sheet, Histogram, Diagram Pareto, Diagram Pencar, Flow Chart, Peta Kendali dan Fishbone.Dari pengumpulan data unit Pick Up TMC, kemudian dilakukan analisis terdahap defect yang paling berpengaruh yaitu Sanding mark dengan proporsi cacat sebesar 0,61 dari 136 unit yang di inspeksi. Defect tersebut disebabkan oleh beberapa factor, yaitu manusia/karyawan itu sendiri, segi metode pengerjaan dan dari material yang digunakan.References
