Usulan Perbaikan Kinerja Mutu Eksternal Laboratorium Pengujian Mekanis Menggunakan Metode New Seven QC Tools dan 5W1H

Sebagai salah satu sasaran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas Lembaga Penilaian Kesesuaian, peranan Laboratorium Pengujian sangat penting untuk meningkatkan dan menjaga daya saing industri Indonesia. Namun, masih konsistennya kinerja outlier saat uji profisiensi menandakan perlunya perbaikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode New Seven QC Tools dan 5W1H untuk menentukan penyebab dan perbaikan dari masalah kinerja outlier Laboratorium Pengujian. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa parameter regangan merupakan kinerja outlier terbanyak saat uji profisiensi baja tulangan beton. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi personel yang kurang memadai menjadi penyebab utama kinerja outlier pada parameter regangan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diperoleh usulan perbaikan berupa peningkatan kompetensi melalui pelatihan rutin, peningkatan pengalaman, dan evaluasi kinerja. Usulan perbaikan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai referensi dalam menindaklanjuti evaluasi kinerja laboratorium dalam program uji profisiensi ataupun uji banding serta sebagai evaluasi penggunaan metode uji regangan untuk produk baja tulangan beton.References
