Analisis Penyebab Risiko pada Rantai Pasok Darah di Masa Pandemi COVID-19 Menggunakan Model Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) dan Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)

Kebutuhan darah merupakan sesuatu hal yang perlu mendapat prioritas perhatian karena dapat menyangkut keberlanjutan hidup manusia. Entitas dalam suatu rantai pasok darah dapat terdiri dari Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) sebagai pemasok darah, bank darah rumah sakit (BDRS) sebagai penyalur darah, dan pasien sebagai konsumen darah. BDRS merupakan unit pelayanan yang bertanggung jawab terhadap ketersediaan darah yang dapat memadai untuk menunjang pelayanan medis. Semenjak masa pandemi COVID-19, kemampuan pemenuhan produk darah di BDRS Kota Bandung mengalami penurunan. Banyak faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan pemenuhan produk darah. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan identifikasi risiko dan analisis penyebab risiko pada suatu rantai pasok darah di masa pandemi khususnya di BDRS Kota Bandung. Penelitian diawali dengan tahap identifikasi risiko dengan model Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). Penyebab risiko di BDRS dianalisis menggunakan metode Fishbone Analysis. nilai risiko (severity), dan penyebab risiko (occurrence) dinilai menggunakan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 34 risiko dan 29 penyebab risiko yang teridentifikasi. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan BDRS dapat mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis risiko serta penyebabnya agar BDRS dapat segera melakukan penanganan sehingga permasalahan dalam rantai pasok darah dapat diminimasi.Referensi
