KAJIAN PRINSIP ARSITEKTUR HIJAU PADA BANGUNAN APARTEMEN SAMARA SUITES DI JAKARTA

ABSTRAK. Kajian ini membahas penerapan prinsip arsitektur hijau pada bangunan apartemen CitraLake Suites di Jakarta. Hal yang melatarbelakangi pentingnya kajian ini adalah disebabkan kebutuhan akan tempat tinggal yang sangat penting bagi setiap orang, apalagi dengan semakin tingginya angka urbanisasi membuat kebutuhan akan ruang semakin bertambah, serta memicu adanya perbedaan pertumbuhan atau ketidakmerataan fasilitas-fasilitas dari perkembangan pembangunan. Adanya keterbatasan lahan juga menjadi timbulnya sebuah permasalahan yang pelik. Oleh sebab itu, untuk mengoptimalkan lahan yang terbatas maka pembangunan secara vertikal semakin gencar dilakukan, salah satunya dengan pembangunan apartemen. Permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penerapan prinsip-prinsip arsitektur hijau pada bangunan Apartemen. Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan prinsip-prinsip arsitektur hijau dan penerapannya pada studi kasus yang diteliti. Obyek penelitian merupakan apartemen CitraLake Suites. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan menganalisis penerapan prinsip-prinsip arsitektur hijau pada studi kasus tersebut. Hasil dari kajian ini adalah Apartemen yang diteliti sudah didesain dengan memanfaatkan kondisi alam, serta menggunakan material yang ramah lingkungan. Selain itu, bangunan ini menerapkan konsep hemat energi yang merespon terhadap lingkungan (tapak) dan pengguna. Berdasarkan interpretasi pada studi kasus yang diteliti, arsitektur hijau dapat diinterpretasikan sebagai bangunan yang sustainable (berkelanjutan), earth friendly (ramah lingkungan) dan high performance building (bangunan dengan performa sangat baik). This study discusses the application of green architectural principles in CitraLake Suites apartment building in Jakarta. The reason behind the importance of this study is because the need for housing is very important for everyone, especially with the higher urbanization rate makes the need for space increasing, and triggers differences in growth or inequality of facilities from development development. The existence of land limitations is also the emergence of a complicated problem. Therefore, to optimize limited land, vertical development is increasingly carried out, one of which is with the construction of apartments. The problem of this research is how the application of green architectural principles in Apartment buildings. The purpose of this study is to identify and describe the principles of green architecture and its application to the case studies studied. The research object is CitraLake Suites apartment. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, by analyzing the application of green architectural principles in the case study. The result of this study is that the apartment studied has been designed by utilizing natural conditions, as well as using environmentally friendly materials. In addition, the building applies an energy-efficient concept that responds to the environment (footprint) and users. Based on the interpretation of the case study, green architecture can be interpreted as a sustainable building, earth friendly and high performance building.
