Abstract

Anne avantie adalah seorang perancang busana yang berasal dan berdomisili di Kota Semarang, hasil karyanya selalu identik dengan karakteristik desain seorang Anne Avantie. Perancangan Pusat Mode dan Kecantikan Anne Avantie di Semarang dengan menerapkan konsep Arsitektur Metafora dibuat untuk menampung semua aktivitas yang berkaitan dengan Mode dan Kecantikan serta sebagai sarana Pendidikan unformal untuk mengembangkan minat dan bakat bagi para peminat Mode dan Kecantikan. Penerapan konsep Arsitektur Metafora pada bangunan dapat memperlihatkan karakteristik desain seorang Anne Avantie. Data-data dalam perancangan ini didapatkan dari survey tapak secara langsung, wawancara dan kajian literatur. Kota Semarang dipi;ih menjadi lokasi di bangunnya bangunan Pusat Mode dan Kecantikan Anne Avantie, selain Kota Semarang merupakan domisili Anne Avantie, Kota Semarang juga berupakan ibu kota terbesar ke lima di Indonesia yang tentunya memiliki pertumbuhan ekonomi yang cukup pesat khususnya di bidang mode dan kecantikan. Batik parang di metaforakan kedalam bentuk gubahan massa serta pada selubung bangunan menerapkan bentuk bunga  yang merupakan karakteristik desain dari Anne Avantie, Kata Kunci: Anne Avantie, Arsitektur Metafora, Penerapan, Pusat Kecantikan, Pusat Mode, Semarang
