SIMULASI BANGUNAN PINTAR DENGAN ASPEK PENCAHAYAAN PADA BANGUNAN MUSEUM FATAHILLAH JAKARTA

ABSTRAK. Kawasan Kota Lama Jakarta merupakan salah satu kawasan cagar budaya yang terkena dampak globalisasi yang cukup mengkhawatirkan. Salah satu upaya pelestarian kawasan kota lama tersebut adalah dengan mengupayakan konsep bangunan pintar. Melalui latar belakang tersebut, ada 4 tahapan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini, yaitu: a) Mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang terjadi di Kawasan Kota Lama Jakarta, khususnya bangunan Museum Fatahilah, b) Menganalisa kondisi eksisting aspek pencahayaan pada bangunan Museum Fatahillah, c) Membuat sistem pencahayaan yang rendah konsumsi energi menggunakan simulasi arsitektur, dan d) Menata kembali desain bangunan bersejarah dengan penerapan sistem bangunan pintar, khususnya pada sistem pencahayaan. Diharapkan akan dapat terlihat perbandingan pemakaian energi sebelum dan sesudah penerapan simulasi konsep bangunan pintar sebagai hasil akhir penelitian. Kata Kunci: Simulasi Arsitektur, Bangunan Pintar, Bangunan Tua Bersejarah, ABSTRACT. As one of a heritage area, Jakarta’s Old Town is affected by the growing of globalization that concern us nowadays. One of the best conservation effort can be implemented is the smart-bulding concept for the historical buiding in the area. This research proposed ideas to a) identify the problem occurred in Jakarta’s Old Town area especially Fatahillah Museum, b) analyze the existed daylighting on Fatahillah Museum, c) re-model less-energy-consumption lighting system by using architectural simulation, and d) re-layout the existed historical building design by implementing smart-building concept especially on its lighting system. Later, the result will be compared between the existed energy consumption with the new energy consumption by using smart-building concept simulation.
