BEACH RESORT HOTEL DI PULAU PARI DENGAN PENEKANAN KONSEP EKO ARSITEKTUR

ABSTRAK. Berbagai potensi alam yang berada di Negara kepulauan ini menjadi daya tarik khusus bagi wisatawan, baik domestik maupun mancanegara. Pengelolaan kegiatan pariwisata sangat diperlukan dalam rangka menarik wisatawan untuk tinggal lebih lama di daerah tujuan wisata. Pulau Pari mempunyai peluang yang cukup prospektif untuk pengembangan industri pariwisata. Pulau Pari termasuk dalam gugusan kepulauan seribu yang merupakan bagian wilayah Provinsi DKI Jakarta paling utara. Keindahan pantai dan bawah laut kepulauan seribu dapat menjadi daya tarik wisatawan yang datang. Untuk mengakomodasi adanya pertumbuhan wisatawan dibutuhkan adanya sebuah fasilitas penginapan yang representatif untuk kenyamanan para wisatawan. Hotel dan resort merupakan sarana yang sangat vital dalam menunjang kepariwisataan di Kepulauan Seribu. Oleh karenanya, maka dipilihlah Pulai Pari sebagai tempat pembangunan pariwisata khususnya fasilitas penginapan dengan fasilitas yang memadai dengan konsep eko arsitektur. Kata Kunci: Beach Resort Hotel, Eko Arsitektur, Pariwisata, Pulau Pari ABSTRACT. Various natural resources in this archipelago have a specific attraction for domestic and international tourists. Tourism management is needed in order to attract tourist to stay longer within the area. Pari Island has a chance in the development of tourism industry. Pari Island is a part of Kepulauan Seribu of Indonesia which located at northern Jakarta. The beauty of underwater life and Kepulauan Seribu beach can attract tourists for coming. To accommodate the growth of tourists, it will required decent facility of representative lodging facility which comfortable and safe for tourists. Hotel and resort are vital in supporting tourism in Kepulauan Seribu. Therefore, Pulau Pari has been chosen as a tourism development particularly lodging facilities which in line to the concept of eco-architecture.
