PENDEKATAN KONSEP TOD PADA PENATAAN MASSA DI KAWASAN DUKUH ATAS

ABSTRAK. TOD adalah sebuah gagasan alternatif guna mengatasi permasalahan kemacetan di kota-kota besar. Membuat kawasan yang berkonsep TOD mempunyai banyak manfaatnya jika deasin tersebut tepat dalam proses mengkaji terlebih dahulu. Salah satunya yaitu, penataan massa bangunan di dalama sebuah kawasan yang ingin dijadikan kawasan TOD. Pendekatan TOD pada prinsipnya yaitu menghubungkan moda transportasi dari stasiun atau terminal dengan bangunan atau kawasan yang ada di sekitarnya. Seperti, kawasan komersil, perkantoran dan hunian. Di dalam penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan yaitu bagaimana menata sebuah massa bangunan yang terdapat pada sebuah kawasan tertentu dengan konsep TOD. Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk identifikasi, menganalisis dan memberikan pemecahan masalah adalah dengan pendekatan teoritik dan pendekatan observasi.
