Es krim merupakan menu makanan favorit di negara beriklim tropis seperti Indonesia. Indonesia juga merupakan pasar besar bagi penjualan es kirm sehingga produkasi masa es krim akan efektif untuk mensuplai kebutuhan konsumen di Indonesia. Dalam perencanaan dan perancangan ini metode untuk penyusunan diawali dengan mengumpulkan data, kompilasi data, dan analisis data tentang es krim, pabrik, galeri, dan arsitektur metafora. Kemudian penyusunan konsep desain perencanaan dan perancangan Pabrik dan Galeri Es Krim, bertujuan untuk menerapakan metafora kombinasi dari elemen-elemen es krim. Tema Industrial, Creative, dan Education diharap dapat membuat citra pabrik berubah menjadi lebih baik dan bermakna.
