ANALISIS PEMILIHAN SUPPLIER PADA KOMPONEN LAMP CORD ASSY UNTUK SPEEDOMETER HONDA BLADE DI PT. INDONESIA NIPPON SEIKI

Abstract

Dalam memenuhi kebutuhan speedometer PT. Indonesia Nippon Seiki bekerja samadengan supplier untuk mensuplai bahan baku nya. Bagian pembelian PT. IndonesiaNippon Seiki bertugas untuk melakukan proses pembelian dan pemilihan supplier yangtepat. Pemilihan supplier merupakan salah satu hal yang penting dalam aktivitaspembelian bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini ditulis dalam rangka meneliti bagaimana caramemilih supplier. Metode yang digunakan untuk pemilihan supplier adalah AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process). Data untuk mendukung penggunaan metode AHPtersebut, didapat oleh penulis dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden terkait.Data yang terkumpul melalui kuesioner tersebut adalah kriteria utama, subkriteria, dannilai matriks perbandingan yang nilainya terkait dengan pemilihan alternatif supplier.Penelitian ini dibantu dengan software expert choise 2000. Dari hasil penilaian tingkatkepentingan kriteria dalam pemilihan supplier menghasilkan skala prioritas sebagaiberikut: Quality (0,214), Cost (0,290), Delivery (0,212), Management (0,097),Environment (0,188). Dari hasil penilaian tingkat kepentingan alternatif dalam pemilihansupplier menghasilkan skala prioritas sebagai berikut : prioritas I supplier PT.CMW(0,359), prioritas II supplier PT.EWD (0,337), prioritas III supplier PT.DEM (0,304).Berdasarkan hasil analisis diatas, jika perusahaan akan mengadakan hubungan kemitraandengan supplier, perusahaan diutamakan untuk memilih supplier PT.CMW sebagaisupplier lamp cord assy new project speedometer Honda Blade karena PT.CMWmerupakan supplier yang memiliki nilai keseluruhan paling tinggi. Dengan adanyahubungan kemitraan ini, kinerja rantai pasokan antar supplier dan perusahaan akansemakin baik dan dapat memperlancar target penyelesain new project speedometer HondaBlade secara keseluruhan.
