Author Guidelines

Author Guidelines

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The Article contains research related to communication (see focus and scope).
  1. Manuscripts are written using standard Indonesian or English in 2-column format using Times New Roman font size 11, spacing 1.15 on A4 size paper (210 mm x 297 mm). The left margin is 2.5 cm, the right margin is 2.5 cm, the top margin is 3.5 cm and the bottom margin is 2.5 cm. Align left - right (justified). The manuscript is written no more than 10-12 pages including a list of tables and a list of figures in it.
  2. The title: Written briefly, informative, in Indonesian. CAPITAL Times New Roman, font size 14, bold
  3. The author's name is presented in full without a title, (Times New Roman 12).

  6. Abstract (font size 12, bold). This section contains a summary of the research/study consisting of background, research objectives, research methods, research results and conclusions. Abstracts are written in Indonesian with a length of between 200-250 words each. Abstract is written using 1 space, Times New Romans, 10.
  7. Keywords: at least 4 keywords arranged alphabetically (Times New Roman 10 pt, italic
  8. INTRODUCTION (12 pt, bold)
  9. Do not use subtitles. Contains a concise and concise explanation of the background of the problem and the purpose of the research, supporting and relevant literature, and research hypotheses.

  11. METHOD (12 pt, bold). This section describes the research design methodology used, research locations, population, sample, data sources, instruments, approaches to data analysis and statistical analysis/test techniques used.
  12. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION (12 pt, bold). This section contains an explanation of research data analysis and statistical descriptions needed and a discussion of the findings which are presented as is without the opinion of the author/researcher, then followed by an argumentative-interpretative discussion of the answers to the research results which are written systematically according to the research objectives.
  13. Tables, graphs and figures are clearly legible, easy to understand and proportionate. Table contents are written using 1 space and 10 pt Times New Roman font size. The table title (Times New Roman, 11pt) is placed above the table and the figure title (Times New Roman, 11 pt) below the figure, numbered sequentially in the order in which they appear.
  14. Tables and or figures referred to from other sources must be mentioned, unless they are the results of the author's own research. Tables, figures and graphics listed must be made in high resolution so as to facilitate printing and display good results.
  15. The discussion does not repeat the research results that have been included in the tables or figures, but discusses more deeply the meaning of the research results and their benefits. Please note that the manuscript will be printed in black and white (grayscale).
