Abstract

PT. MAHKOTA INDONESIA merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yangmemproduksi aluminium sulfat solid. Besarnya permintaan setiap periode sangatberfluktuatif sehingga bagian produksi sulit memperkirakan besarnya produk yang akan diproduksi untuk setiap item produk. Oleh karena itu kegiatan lembur sering kali di lakukanuntuk memenuhi permintaan yang ada. Dari peramalan tersebut dilanjutkan denganmelakukan perencanaan agregat dengan metode grafik dengan memilih strategi yangmenghasilkan biaya paling minimalMetode pemulusan eksponensial ganda adalah metodeyang digunakan dalam melakukan peramalan karena memberikan nilai kesalahan terkecil.Setelah didapatkan hasil peramalan dilanjutkan dengan melakukan perencanaan agregatmenggunakan strategi yang menghasilkan biaya paling kecil yaitu strategi penambahantenaga kerja serta diikuti dengan pengadaan persediaan, pada strategi ini biaya produksi dapatberkurang sebesar Rp.47.482.882,92,- kemudian dilanjutkan dengan proses pembuatanJadwal Induk Produksi dengan model Disagregasi Hax & Meal dan diakhiri denganpembuatan jadwal produksi mingguan untuk setiap item produk menggunakan metode RunOut Time.
