PROSES PENGAMBILAN DATA PADA AHP (ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS) MENGGUNAKAN PRINSIP CLOSED LOOP CONTROL SYSTEM

Analyical Hierarchy process adalah sebuah pendekatan dan metod eyang jamak digunakan peneliti dan awam dalam penentuan keputusan berdsarkan banyak kriteria. AHP menggunakan pendekatan matrix berpasangan yang beresiko membuat proses perhitungan inkonsisten. Hal itu dikarenakan proses perhitungan menggunakan skala rasio yang membandingkan antara dua alternative atau kriteria. Perbandingan tersebut mungkin sekali menjadi tidak konsisten karena keterbatasan dari kapasitas komputasi benak manusia. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah metode dan alat pengambilan data yang dapat memberikan langsung nilai konsistensi pada saat pengisian kuesioner AHP. Sehingga responden dapat melakukan koreksi dengan baik dan peneliti tidak perlu mengulang pengisian kuesioner yang membuat responden enggan. Proses perancangan dan perhitungan menggunakan spreadsheet baik itu Microsoft excel atau pun produk dari google. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan, proses pengisian dapat langsung memberikan informasi kepada responden apakah pengisiannya sudah konsisten atau belum sehingga dapat langsung dilakukan perbaikan.Referensi
