kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh alumni. Dimana, untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan penggua terhadap alumni juga dibutuhkan didalam borang akreditasi BAN PT yang dimuat dalam beberapa standar. Adapun tingakat kepuasan pengguna alumni dapat dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada pengguna/instanai terkait yang menggunakan alumni teknik industry UMJ yang berisikan atribut yang termuat dlam borang akreditasi program studi Ban PT adalahKerjasama tim, Pengembangan diri, Komunikasi, keahlian berdasarkan bidang ilmu (professional), etika dan moral serta kemampuan dalam menggunakan Bahasa asing (inggris). Dari hasil kuisioner dapat ditarik suatu hasil akhir bahwa alumni jurusan teknik industry Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta kurang dalam penguasaan dan penggunaan bahasa inggris. Oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan tindak lanjutnya seperti ikut serta dalam kursus bahasa inggris, selalu menggunakan bahasa inggris dalam percakapan sehari- hari, mengingat kosakata- kosakata bahasa inggris.References
