USULAN PERANCANGAN CONVEYOR UNTUK MENGURANGI KELUHAN MUSKULOSKELETAL PADA PROSES PACKING PRODUK DENGAN ASPEK ERGONOMI

Dalam proses packing produk, operator packing di PT. XYZ mengeluhkan gangguan musculoskeletal yang merupakan salah satu bahwa indicator terganggunya kesehatan operator. Operator sering mengeluhkan pada saat bekerja ataupun setelah bekerja badan terasa pegal dan sakit. Hasilnya adalah keluhan muskuloskeletal pada bagian otot bawah maupun otot bagian bawah. Beberapa pendekatan yang digunakan untuk memperbaiki kondisi pada proses packing diantaranya Nordic Body Map, REBA dan pendekatan Antropometri dalam perancangan conveyor.Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh perancangan conveyor dengan ukuran panjang 180cm, lebar 63cm dan tinggi 50cm, untuk lebar timbangan 42cm.Referensi
