Misykat Al Anwar Jurnal Kajian Islam dan Masyarakat is a nationally accredited peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the Faculty of Islamic Studies University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta.The focus and scope of this journal are limited to the Islamic studies in in particular, the fields of tarbiya (Islamic education), da'wah (Islamic communication) and sharia (Islamic law and economics) in relation to society in Indonesia and the Islamic world.

MJE:Muhammadiyah Journal of Epidemiology is a scientific journal that publishes the development of epidemiology with the coverage of epidemiology of communicable diseases, epidemiology of non-communicable diseases, epidemiological tropical diseases, outbreak investigations, outbreak research, disaster epidemiology, nutritional epidemiology, occupational epidemiology, environmental epidemiology and social epidemiology. Publication in this journal is first carried out by a blind review process by a peer reviewer. This journal is published by the Faculty of Public Health, University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta.

Muhammadiyah Journal of Geriatric (MuJG) is a periodical scientific journal, open-access, with a double-blind peer-reviewed published by Faculty of Medicine and Health, University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta.

MuJG publishes information on development of clinical, preventive, curative, and therapeutic, basic science research and social aspects of diseases related to geriatrics and gerontology. The main purpose of this journal is to establish a forum for publication, education, exchange of opinions, and to promote research and publication activities globally.

MuJG focuses on geriatric medicine & gerontology, basic sciences (biochemistry, genetics, molecular biology, microbiology & parasitology, immunology, and other basic medical sciences on geriatrics and aging), as well as degenerative diseases and diseases that are often found in geriatric patients.

MPJH is the publication of scientific journals that publishes articles based on research or equivalent to research result in public health or other disciplines related to public health. The aim are to improve public health knowledge and upholding the progress of science. Topics that can be published in this journal are topics related to public health such as occupational health and safety, hospital management, environmental healtth, epidemiology and biostatistics, health promotion, public health nutrition, health policy and administration, reproductive health, and other related articles in public health.
